Second in the line up. Solid work. I really like now knowing how much time I was buying myself. The monster isn't my favorite design wise, but the jump scares good so fair enough. Good work.
I enjoyed your game captain! The scares definitely got me. A couple of observations! - it is REALLY easy to accidentally click a dialogue option before it's fully populated if you're clicking the little down arrow. - not sure if it's intentional that the don't open the box option is greyed out. If so, good! It did add to the tension for me. - Overall I really liked it! And I would honestly just like more!
This is a pretty nice game. The jump scares got me pretty good. I wish we were able to choose the option to leave the box alone and just go home but at least we were able to escape. Glad to see you've made another game since The Dog. Can't wait to see what you make next. Keep up the good work.
The threat of what could happen really gave this a ton of tension. Enjoyed the concept. I find radio stations to be awesome set pieces for horror as well (Killer Frequency and Pontypool come to mind). Very easy to manage everything and win though.
Overall well worth the play. Did have to dock a few points for bathroom design though. 1-Ply Toilet Paper and a Non-Draining sink makes me a sad boyo.
Loved it! The game runs really smooth and feels great to interact with. The totem music box definitely got a creepy vibe to it, checking on it every few seconds before your fate is 'settled' is truly unsettling!
One thing I noticed is that the dialogue box tends to 'skip' over the choices you can make. I think this happens because you can only continue the conversation by clicking on the text, so if you read and click quickly, you might miss the choices. I had to be careful and click slowly to catch them. It's nothing serious and maybe it's just me, but I wanted to point it out anyway 🙃
